Location: Uttarhalli, Bangalore
Work Days: 6 days (Week-Off: Either Tuesday or Wednesday; Sunday is a working day)
What We're Looking For:
- 1-5 years of experience in Business Development/Presales, specifically in Real Estate
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Graduation is mandatory
- Strong communication skills with a natural flair for sales
- Willing to travel across the bangalore
What You'll Do:
- Engage with walk-in clients to identify their property needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and continuous lead generation
- Stay updated with the real estate market trends and gather valuable market insights
- Drive sales through targeted marketing strategies and achieve set targets
- Regularly update property details, including prices and product features
- Design and implement effective sales strategies for all properties
- Handle direct client inquiries through calls and in-person meetings, ensuring smooth negotiation and closure of sales transactions.
