Conduct extensive research to identify potential growth areas and emerging real estate markets across India.
Proactively scout for suitable properties and locations that align with the company's expansion strategy.
Assess the feasibility and potential of Kollur locations, considering factors such as market demand, competition, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all legal and financial documentation related to property acquisition or leasing is accurately prepared and processed.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various clients like wealth management department, Insurance companies to generate Block sales
Develop and manage budgets related to property acquisition, travel, and accommodation expenses.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Director of Business Development on market trends, property acquisitions, and progress toward expansion goals.
Interacting with HNI's bid investments, sourcing data of HNI's through Banking sectors, wealth managements, Insurance Company's etc.
Preparing pitch deck for investment and company portfolio.
Essential Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevant field
Minimum 1-2 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
Market research experience
Proven ability to work independently
A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
