Business Development Executive

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing services as well as in Graphics Design (Logo, Brochure, Labelling, Packaging etc.).

Skills:

a) Strong network of clients within Kolkata, especially in industries like real estate, manufacturing, and retail.

b) Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in the digital marketing domain.

c) Expertise in client relationship management, understanding client needs, and offering tailored marketing solutions.

d) Capable of conducting market research to identify business opportunities.

e) Proficient in creating proposals, pitching services, and negotiating contracts.

f) Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

g) Knowledge of digital marketing trends and services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.).

h) Knowledge of communication agency requirements and target audience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields.

Preferred Qualities: A self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and a knack for building long-term client relationships.
