Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Pre Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by collaborating with the sales and technical teams to generate leads, understand client requirements, articulate product value propositions, and deliver compelling presentations. Your primary focus will be on promoting companies software services, applications, and software solutions to potential clients.
  • Key responsibilities:
Lead Generation
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges
Create a sales pitch for the sales team.
  • Conduct in-depth discussions to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Timely response to the RFI/RFP from customers.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our services, applications, and software solutions.
Showcase the value proposition and unique features to address client needs effectively.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Collaborate on the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide support to the sales team in the negotiation and closing phases of the sales cycle.
Address client queries and concerns to ensure a smooth transition from presales to post-sales.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Must have proven experience in presales or a similar role within the IT industry
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors offerings.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business (Mkg) / Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, applications, and software solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
