The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of Business Development experience in the IT industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience in requirement analysis and proposal development.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Key Skills

  • Strategic Partnership: Research and build strategic partnerships with potential businesses, liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Lead generation and Customer acquisition: Research potential sales leads through the given platforms, and support clients throughout the entire sales process.
  • Proposal Generation: Assist the RFP response team in the proposal generation phase.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist the team in enhancing our social media presence and SEO.
