Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
  • They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  • They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. .
Required Qualifications
  • 2-8 years of Business Development experience in the IT industry.
  • Bachelor s degree in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience in requirement analysis and proposal development.
Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Key Skills
  • Strategic Partnership : Research and build strategic partnerships with potential businesses, liaise
    with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Lead generation and Customer acquisition : Research potential sales leads through the given
    platforms, support clients throughout the entire sales process.
  • Proposal Generation : Assist the RFP response team in the proposal generation phase.
  • Digital Marketing : Assist the team in enhancing our social media presence and SEO.
