Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Policybazaar.com located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Effective Business Communication skills
• Account Management skills
• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance or fintech industry is a plus
