Business Development Manager (IT) with minimum 2 to 4 years of Experience in dealing with international clients to grow our business offshore
Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape

Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, Elance, Odesk referrals, presentations sales campaigns and generate leads/requirements from them
Work in a highly competitive environment to develop new customer base through innovative methods and interventions without compromising on the set quality standards
Will be required to negotiate, close deals and manage clients accounts end-to-end.
Should have experience in IT Industry.
Requirements:
Generate qualified leads through online bidding, cold calling, email marketing, Social network bidding portals.
The candidate should be able to achieve revenue targets for mobile apps, web development app and internet marketing. Understanding of web, mobile software domain is must.
To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow ups, Competition Analysis Tracking and following the sales trends in the market.
Confident communicator, active listener with problem solving approach, having zeal to drive through target.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills must with Strong interpersonal skills.
