Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Business Development for the all Insurance Product Line of business (Identification of Client , Appointment , Client Pitch , Provide timely & Competitive Quotes, proposal to client and deal closure)
- Responsible for strategy and planning to increase our product business (All Lines)
- Responsible to ensure that targets are set with the team and the same is tracked
- Support the Team where need be and ensure seamless client service delivery
- Relationship Management with Clients & Insurance Companies
- Work closely with other business lines and encourage cross sales
- Corporate relationships
- Structuring Insurance solutions for corporates
- Presentation of Policy Coverages and risk factors to corporate and senior management
- Relationship with Insurance companies at various levels and working with them for Quote Generation , Coverage negotiation and Claims followups
