Role Overview :

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Supply Interns to join our Supply Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, vendor relations, and operations within the travel industry.

Stipend : 8000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers and vendors.
• Support the team in negotiating contracts and terms with service providers.
• Help maintain and update supplier databases and inventory management systems.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and potential partnerships.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of travel services and packages.
• Assist in monitoring supplier performance and quality assurance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Support administrative tasks related to supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 2024/2025 graduates.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
