Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Executive specializing in Account Growth, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong client relationships. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account mining and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new SPOCs through existing clients/accounts

Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Understanding clients business needs/requirements.

Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly

A great team player and go-getter attitude.

Work Experience : 1 - 3 years

Requirement :

A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities

Driven individual motivated by sales results

Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills with ability to work cross functionally and with a proactive approach to client engagement.

Well organized

Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Excellent customer service, presentation and conflict resolution skills

Attention to detail, time management, ownership of assigned scope of work

Location : Bangalore (work from office)
