Business Development Executive

PaySprint Private Limited is a leading fintech company based in New Delhi, India. We have established strong partnerships with the banking ecosystem and offer a Unified Open API Platform that transforms how Bharat transacts, leading to larger consumer adoption and satisfaction.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential leads, and managing client accounts. You will also be involved in cultivating strong relationships with partners in the banking and fintech industries. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to drive business growth.

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the fintech industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage client accounts and build long-term relationships
• Experience in sales or business development
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
