Position Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Andheri West - Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the interior design sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and other potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in the sales industry (preferably from Interior Field)
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Strong negotiation skills & Strong communication and presentation skills
