Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Noida
The Sales Support Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations within the software industry. They are responsible for providing administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
Key Deliverables
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales leads, identify opportunities, and support sales initiatives.
- Derive and Anchor Sales and marketing campaigns leveraging central marketing team
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to Proactive and Reactive leads via email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of customer requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records, customer databases, and documentation.
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer requirements.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Stay updated with Industry knowledge, industry developments, and emerging technologies to provide effective sales support
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Proven experience in sales support, or a related role within the software industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to support sales strategies.
- Familiarity with software industry and sales processes are preferred
- 5 Years of overall experience in IT industry in Software Sales support from a midsize organization.
- Master's degree in management/Business from Tier 3 college
