Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at a Chartered Accountant Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate new business opportunities in taxation, auditing, loans, and business consultancy. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and requirements, and presenting our services as the solution to their problems. Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities in taxation, auditing, loans, and business consultancy.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, identify their needs and requirements, and present our services as the solution to their problems.
Collaborate with other team members to develop customized solutions for clients needs and requirements.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels, and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients, and keep it up to date with relevant information.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and stay up to date with industry developments.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients, and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build relationships, stay up to date with industry developments, and represent the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in business development or sales in the financial services industry, preferably in a Chartered Accountant Firm.
Strong understanding of taxation, auditing, loans, and business consultancy services.
Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Strong networking skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven attitude and a focus on achieving targets and goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
