Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 3-6 Years ( 2yr in edtech is mandatory )
Qualification: Any graduate and above
Salary: 8.5 - 11.5 LPA fixed + Incentives
Working Shift : Tuesday to Saturday
Roles:
- Identify potential clients through social media , industry event , online search
- Generate lead using cold calling and emailing
- Evaluate potential leads to determine if they align with the company's target market, products, and services.
- Initiate communication with potential clients to introduce the company's products or services.
- Track and manage leads from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring all stages of the sales process are followed.
- Study industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to understand where the company can capitalize on opportunities.
- Listen to clients to identify their specific needs and challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead-generation efforts
Must Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
