# Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven business development executive to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for finding and generating new business opportunities for our IT services, such as software development, web design, Mobile app development, and digital marketing.
## Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking events.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Understand the clients needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions that match their expectations and budget.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Follow up with clients and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and report on sales activities and performance.
- Research and analyse market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, marketing, or related field.
