Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the automotive software market. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our suite of software solutions topotential customers.

Responsibilities &Activities:

Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients within the automotive sector.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target organizations.

Proactively prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions.

Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and closure of deals with prospective clients.

Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback, identify product enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the automotive industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel as needed.
