Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and Engage Potential Clients: Focus on key decision-makers within the target market.

Conduct Product Demonstrations: Showcase the application's value proposition either in person or via virtual platforms like Zoom.

Cultivate Client Relationships: Understand unique client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Conduct Market Research: Identify emerging opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Lead Generation:

o Generate leads independently and through cold calling.

o Generate leads from existing clients.

o Attend networking meetings like BNI.

o Maintain a social presence on personal platforms for official purposes.

Sales Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and demos, highlighting the benefits of our offerings.

Client Inquiries: Address inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about products and services.

Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate pricing and contractual terms, striving for mutually beneficial agreements.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to devise and execute strategic plans to meet and surpass sales targets.

Sales Reports: Compile and furnish sales reports, forecasts, and pertinent documentation.

Product and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and industry developments to offer informed insights.

Post-Sales Support: Provide exemplary post-sales support, fostering enduring client relationships to bolster retention rates.Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT sector or B2B sales.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually.

Strong market research skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Collaborative spirit, with a knack for working seamlessly within a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
