You will have to work on creativity & logic building with proper layout structuring to develop a fully functional business development plan in order to sell our IT services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling, and setting up appointments, and meetings with the sales managers
- Interacting via various channels, such as emails, social media and direct calls
- Create sales pitches in response to customer demand
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
- Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.
- Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
- Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the guidelines given.
- Following up for any pending payments with clients.
- Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call.
- Meeting monthly targets.
