We are looking for candidates who can join our organization for a Business Development Executive position we have in our company.
Work Timings: 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday (On-site only)
Job Location: Samrah Plaza, St Mark's Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru.
Experience: 0-1 years
Role:
- Research market and identify prospective lead and connect with decision maker.
- Develop and upkeep an on-going database of existing and potential new clients.
- Handle the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pitching to closing.
- Develop a strong understanding of professional sales skills including value-based selling.
- Develop new clients and opportunities for the projects assigned to you and update the client
- Managing and updating the database on our CRM tool.
Pre-Requisites:
- A graduate with good business sense and the ability to learn and understand market knowledge quickly.
- Driven, hard-working and ambitious to excel in a career, in sales.
- Intelligent, attentive and well organized.
- Articulate to express point of view and confidence in engaging with senior level executives.
- Professional and disciplined approach towards work.
- Excellent command of English; both verbal and written.
- A team player who enjoys working with others towards shared goals.
Skill Sets:
- Rapport building and time management skills.
- Extensive email writing, report writing and review of documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MSExcel, MSWord.
- Ability to deliver on strict deadlines.
