Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at NAYAN. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with clients. The role will involve identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and providing solutions that meet their specific needs. The Business Development Executive will also work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies.
  • Conduct cold calls/emails per day.
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and equipment needs.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Assist Sales Director in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
  • Participate in Demo, client meetings.
  • Travel Upto 20% time

Preferred Background

  • 2+ years of experience in a lead generation role using the phone, email or other media platforms OR strong desire to get into tech sales.
  • BBA/BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Great verbal communication skills and telephone presence.
  • Start-up hustle & teamwork.
  • Being a self-starter.
  • Persistence
