Job Description

Job Title Operations Executive

Department:Operations

Location:MyMedTrip office located atThe Circle, Omaxe Square, Jasola - Behind Apollo Hospital

Job Summary

The candidate's responsibility will be to send all written communications with the hospitals, embassy and other important departments for patient's intimation.

This is a critical role at the operations and requires high level of seriousness and commitment. Emails with patient's precise information needs to be sent at the hospital on time at all times.

Candidate must possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Mandatory Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills:Fluent in speaking English language and writing skills too
  • Clarity of communication:Clarity about the product/service being provided
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the medical tourism services offered, including treatment options, destinations, healthcare providers, and associated costs
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on their feet and resolve issues or answer questions that may arise during the conversation.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time to handle multiple calls and follow-up tasks within a workday.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software Zoho, telephony systems, and other sales tools to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline
  • Follow-Up Skills: One of the most critical skills needed. Persistent and organized in following up with leads and maintaining communication until the deal is closed
  • Active Listening: Paying close attention to the client's needs and concerns to tailor the email composing accordingly
  • Professionalism: Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions, ensuring a positive representation of your company
  • Medical Terminologies:Must be well versed with medical terminologies specially the specialties and major treatments

Qualifications/Eligibility

Fresher with Bachelor's degree

Other skills:Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Must possess excellent written communication skills and should be able to write professional emails to the hospitals and embassies globally.

Benefits

Salary Rs 15,000

Type of Contract Contractual, renewed on yearly basis

Weekly Working Pattern6 days a week, 9.30 am to 6 pm

Annual Leave30 days paid leave

Proposed date of Joining15th August 2024
