Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: CTC + incentives up to 1 Lakhs monthly.

Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Experience: 0-3 years

Msigma Gokulam is an ed-tech company rooted in the engineering realm, providing a different array of services including education to engineering students, as well as training students for top level competitive exams like GATE, ISE, PSU etc. We have a dedicated IT Wing focused on delivering quality and efficient solutions to clients as well as an R&D Wing researching on different technologies in the field of AI, Embedded Systems & IoT. What sets us apart is our passionate team and happy clients and students who did our marketing for us till now.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven academic counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining excellent relationships with our students.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0-3 years of sales or business development experience (Fresher and experienced both are preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for education and technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Telecalling experience in Edtech, Insurance, Credit card sales are preferred

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through online channels
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations

Salary and Incentives:Will receive a monthly salary of 15,000 TO 20000 rupees. In addition, the associate will have the opportunity to earn incentives up to 1 lakhs based on achieving sales targets and performance.
