Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT Software Company

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Location : Noida sector 63

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Mobulous Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the IT software industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our software solutions.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

Track sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our market presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the IT software industry.

Strong understanding of software products, solutions, and technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.

Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
