Job description
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other sales tools.
- Conduct through research to understand customers needs, pain points, and challenges, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
- Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualification:
- Any Graduation
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with a track record of success in identifying and qualifying leads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Confidence in making cold calls and delivering compelling sales pitches.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a strong work ethic and a competitive mindset.
