- Call potential clients and create an effective pipeline
- Maintains existing client relationship by providing on-going consultation
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields success, result and credibility
- Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients in CRM
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Uses effective communication approaches that include expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form
