Job Description

Fresher/Experienced Business Development Executive:

  • Objection handling

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Call potential clients and create an effective pipeline
  • Maintains existing client relationship by providing on-going consultation
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields success, result and credibility
  • Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients in CRM
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Uses effective communication approaches that include expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form
  • Participates in special projects, as needed.
  • Should have the knowledge or experience on hosting, cloud and IT knowledge.
