Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Software Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of market research and negotiation principles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to generate new work from existing customers.
  • Create and send proposals and contracts.
  • Convert leads into paying customers.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied and repeat business.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills.

  • Upselling and cross-selling skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of software operations is a plus.
