Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Conduct pre-sales activities, including understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, and creating proposals.
  • Handle and manage inbound leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand the products and services offered, ensuring accurate representation to clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, industry events, and conferences to promote the company's offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the development team based on client needs and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of technology and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the technology sector or related industries.
  • Familiarity with pre-sales processes and proposal creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
