Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, including understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, and creating proposals.
- Handle and manage inbound leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand the products and services offered, ensuring accurate representation to clients.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, industry events, and conferences to promote the company's offerings.
- Provide feedback to the development team based on client needs and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
