Shift Timing: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST

Job Description

For the role of a Business Development Executive/Manager, a combination of interpersonal, strategic, and analytical skills are crucial. Some key skills include:

Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methodologies, and compliance regulations in the US job market.

Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.

Networking: Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals by utilizing social media platforms, and participating in relevant industry forums and joining the relevant groups.

Sales and Negotiation: Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills to effectively pitch services, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients and candidates.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships, presenting ideas, and negotiating deals effectively.

Strategic Thinking: Business Development Executives need to analyze market trends, identify growth areas, and develop effective strategies to expand the company's reach.

Time Management: Juggling multiple job roles and opportunities requires effective time management and prioritization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Candidates will engage with US citizens and companies across the United States.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Inside Sales in any industry.
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and a proven ability to convert leads into clients.
  • Experience in handling clients and cold calling is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in lead conversion and robust sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in International Sales or International Business Development.
