We are actively seeking a skilled Business Development Manager with a specialization in Staffing Sales (MSP/VMS). This role is pivotal in spearheading new business acquisition across IT, Admin, Clerical, Finance, and Healthcare staffing domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage as a hunter to bring new clients into the company fold, particularly focusing on IT, Admin, Clerical, Finance, and Healthcare staffing sectors.
Foster meaningful relationships with key contacts involved in contingent workforce hiring.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of organizational procurement structures, including Chief Procurement Officers, Contingent Workforce Category Managers, MSP Program Managers, and MSP Supplier Managers.
Actively participate in contingent workforce industry conferences to stay informed about industry developments.
Develop impactful presentation decks and case studies that articulate our business capabilities effectively.
Exhibit a thorough understanding of contingent workforce industry events.
Leverage previous experience working with renowned MSP partners like Magnit, Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc.
Showcase proficiency in utilizing digital sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
Effectively manage onsite and offshore account managers to ensure streamlined operations for existing MSP accounts.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in business development within the staffing industry, specifically focusing on MSP/VMS.
Comprehensive knowledge of organizational procurement structures.
Successful completion of RFI/RFP processes.
Proficiency in digital sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
