Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the job market context of India, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads and close deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the job market context of India
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of the sales process and techniques
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
