Shift timings: 9am to 6pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 16K to 25K

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at Reecocefe, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any specific degree in Business administration

Requirements:

Experience of 0 to 5 years as BDE or similar role

Preferred: real estate, home interior or Constructions background in previous experiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing power to onboard clients and vendors

Fluency in English and any 1 of the following language is must: Malayalam, Gujarati or Tamil

Knowledge about Excel and calling operators.

Own laptop/Desktop required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities through cold calling on a daily basis

Convert leads into onboarding businesses.

Inbound and outbound calls to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions

Showcase your go getter attitude and achieve company targets and personal as well.

Having a good knowledge about CRM.
