The Business Development Executive (BDE) supports the Business Development Manager in executing strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base of the fitness center. The BDE will assist in lead generation, client relationship management, and market research to help achieve sales targets and enhance the brands presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach activities.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager.
Client Relationship Support:

Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
Assist in tracking sales activities and maintaining the CRM database.
Marketing Assistance:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials.
Support the organization of events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

Manage correspondence and communication with clients and partners.
