Tenant Renewals:- Identify upcoming lease expirations and proactively engage with tenants to negotiate lease renewals.
Conduct market research to determine appropriate rent rates and tenancy terms.- Prepare and present tenancy renewal proposal.
Ensure timely execution of tenancy renewals and tenancy documentation.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value and performance of the real estate portfolio.
- Analyse financial and operational data to make informed decisions on asset performance.
Evaluate outlet performance to identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to maintain and enhance outlet condition.
Foster positive relationships with Landlords to address their needs and concerns promptly.- Handle landlords requests, complaints, and issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and property regulations.
- Renewal Tenancy Administration:
Maintain accurate tenancy records and documentation.
- Ensure tenancy compliance and handle tenancy-related matters.
Coordinate tenancy documentation, amendments, and terminations.
Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience in a Real Estate & Tenancy function.- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business field or its equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with Tenants/Stakeholders
- Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership- Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment
Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
