At Lit Entertainment Co., we are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Job Description- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to the management team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development , preferably in a marketing agency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
