The Role. Identifying private/public landlords and retail partners. Developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with existing tenants.. Regularly canvassing the trade area to identify new tenant/partner opportunities, networking with local small businesses & entrepreneurs, and attending relevant trade shows and events to expand the business.. Networking with area leasing representatives, brokers, and industry associates.. Identifying and developing new leasable locations in the common area.. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets. Negotiating lease agreements and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person. R&D of the market.. Ideal Profile.
You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.. You are a strong networker & relationship builder. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
