Job Description forBusiness Development Executive / Online Bidder
- Working knowledge of online portals such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and proven track record of getting projects from international clients. Good with verbal and written communication.
Key Responsibilities -
- Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH and Freelance.
- Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients
- Should have knowledge of IT company.(Web Development ,Digital Marketing)
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition
Technical Skills -
- Implement the sales & marketing strategy to generate leads
- Managing existing clients and acquiring new clients
- Update and maintain prospect database by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis
- Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-ups
- Build and maintain sales pipeline status
- Develop the strategy for list building based on researching target market
- Co-ordinate development of detailed technical proposals with the technical team
- Respond to client's technical queries and follow-ups as needed
- Sending Proposal bid to grab new business opportunities
- Project Bidding using Up work, PPH, Guru and other bidding portals
Education and experience -
- Bachelors
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork , freelancer , pph , guru , clutch )
- Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposalmaking/writing, Excellent communication & inter personal skills, Flair for business development.
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies
