Job Overview: The Field Executive - Financial Products Sales will be responsible for promoting and
selling our range of insurance and investment financial products to prospective clients. This role
requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep
understanding of financial products and services.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold
calling, networking events, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients financial goals, risk
tolerance, and insurance/investment needs.
Present and explain our insurance and investment financial products and services to
clients, emphasizing their features, benefits, and suitability to meet clients specific
needs.
Provide personalized recommendations and financial advice to clients based on their
individual circumstances, objectives, and preferences.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, and
to generate repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
affecting insurance and investment products, and communicate relevant information
to clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including sales quotas,
