Job Summary:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: 4LPA To 6 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft proposals and bid on projects across freelancer platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, and Guru.

Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking events, social media, cold calling/Emails, referrals, and industry associations.

Engage with clients to understand project requirements, negotiate prices, and provide timelines.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including product/service demonstrations and contract negotiation.

Stay updated on IT industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Represent the company at industry events to promote brand awareness and build professional relationships.

Ability to work on given targets and achieve the same.

Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on professional and social media networks) to identify new leads and potential new markets

Fulfill every facet of the BDE role to ensure its success and effectiveness in achieving organizational objectives.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions including, software development, and digital transformation.

Minimum 2-3 years of proven business development and sales experience in the IT industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Fluency in English is a must.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with intermediaries and end clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth through intermediary channels.

Highly motivated self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
