Job Description Business Development ( Sales )
Location: Vizag (Visakhapatnam)
· Selling advertising spaces of Cinemas (Multiplexes), Airports, OOH (Outdoor Advertising), Shopping malls across India to Corporate, Semi Corporate & Retail Clients based in and around Chennai / Coimbatore areas.
· Do modern selling which simply leverages new tools and techniques to achieve the sales goal to create more sales conversation, higher pipeline and improved conversation rates.
· To Ensure all the Brands advertising in other mediums are tapped and converted.
· Ensure to achieve the assigned individual sales target by month on month consistently
· Timely renewals and Increasing the business value by adding more media spaces from the existing on board clients
· Payment terms to be maintained as per company policy. 100 % collections to be done on time without any deviation.
· Identifying new brands and tapped on time with the objective of increasing Khushis media usage and advertising sales revenue.
· Daily 4 productive client meetings to be done. Meeting personally to corporate / retail clients on regular basis for revenue generation.
Monitor the day to day sales activity and be responsible for sharing daily, weekly, monthly sales reports and target achievement.
· Conduct Research to Identify New Markets and Customer Needs.
· Should be clear in communicating with client and internal teams I.E. Media Planning, production team, execution team, accounts team & HR team.
· Regular CTR (Competitive Tracking Report) to be done across all the other mediums.
· Assure the service given to the client is at top notch with quick turn-around time
· Responsible for the campaign execution of the bookings done.
· Positive attitude and Smart working is expected
