Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Use strong communication and negotiation skills to secure new business.
  • Bid on freelancing platforms like Upwork/Freelancer/Toptal to acquire projects and clients.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Submit RFPs on government portals.
  • Utilize LinkedIn/ Sales navigator for outreach and finding prospect.
  • Develop and implement strategies to Build/Increase lead pipeline for custom software development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 4+ years of IT business development experience.
  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation.
  • Experience in freelancing platform bidding, email marketing, RFP submissions, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Ability to strategize for business growth.
  • Work experience must be with target & reward based environment to meet & set financial targets.
