Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and influential business development Executive to join our distinguished team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the US job market, exceptional English fluency, and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. This role is designed for a professional who excels at presenting Jobslink Inc.s comprehensive services, engaging potential clients, and supporting them in utilizing our services to advance their career goals in the USA and Canada.

Interview Timings: 5pm through 9pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including students, job seekers, and partners.
  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Jobslink-Inc.s services.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and continuous support.
  • Achieve and exceed business development targets through strategic outreach and consultative selling.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to create tailored service recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to design and implement effective client engagement strategies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and progress within the CRM.
  • Provide management with market insights and feedback for service optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to persuade and influence.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or client engagement goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
