Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, your role will involve connecting with individuals who have shown interest in our coaching programs. This isn't cold calling you'll be speaking with warm and hot leads, helping them understand the life-changing benefits of our programs.
We're looking for someone who loves talking to people, especially over the phone, and is passionate about making meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with potential clients via phone to explain our coaching programs.
- Build trust and relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
- Guide prospects toward enrolling in our transformational coaching programs.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve enrollment targets after completing our comprehensive training program.
