Business Development Executive

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Executive at JIT INDUSTRIES. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role will require a combination of on-site presence in Rajkot and some flexibility for remote work.

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Experience in account management
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the hydraulic industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
