Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. As an IT Sales Outbound Calling representative, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, identifying customer needs, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide the best solutions to meet their needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT Sales & Expert In calling.
• Proven track record in sales or telemarketing
• Ability to effectively promote and sell products over the phone
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the IT industry or familiarity with technology products is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints
