Job Description BDE (IT Sales)
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts. This position will be based out of our Indore office.
Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our client base and reach new markets in the US region.
Client Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Revenue Growth: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term sustainability.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Team Leadership: Eventually be able to Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Qualifications:
Tech Sales experience working with clients in International Markets. (Must Have)
Tech Sales experience working with clients in US Markets. (Plus)
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and represent Qualimatrix effectively.
Experience with Bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
