Were searching for an experienced business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
· Promote the companys products or services to prospective clients.
· Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople.
· Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
· Identify and research potential clients in the IT industry.
· Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
· Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our IT solutions and services.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
· Track all business-related invoices.
· Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
· Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
Negotiation and Closing:
· Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
· Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
· Ensure timely follow-up and address any client concerns or issues.
Market Analysis:
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
· Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
· Reporting and Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
· Strong command of Hindi and English. And should be able to handle Tamil.
· Proven experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
· Clear verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Willingness to travel as required.
